i think the hotel was fine but there weren’t a ton of guests so i didn’t really feel that “safety in numbers” effect. inconvenient to pull my car all the way around to the back to unload and then all the way to the front to park with other cars. staff was nice but the furnishings felt old and breakfast was sorta boring. idk if they just didn’t make much or some big feasters gobbled it up. good place though, next time i’d stay somewhere on the other side of the highway so i can walk to applebees or something.

Check in was smooth and the staff were kind and cheerful. The morning was disappointing because there were very few people occupying the breakfast area when we arrived at 7am and there was already no food left nor anyone attending it. It looked like a great selection of food so we were pretty upset to have to get on the road to pay for food elsewhere in order to get start our day’s journey.

While the woman checking me in at the desk was friendly enough, the room itself had some trash beneath the bed sham and no hot water. After driving through a snowstorm, all I wanted was a hot shower, but it wasn't available. Fine place to stay for the amount, and easy access to the highway.

Our first room was completely a mess and hadn’t been serviced. The 2nd room they moved us to had no shampoo supplies or soap. They have no elevator. They were understaffed. The front desk never answered their phone after 2 long attempts. We usually enjoy this hotel, but this time, it was a hot mess. It took 4 trips to the front desk to get us settled.

Unvacuumed hallways. Got my room keycards in a folded piece of paper with the room & internet code written on it. Dingy lighting. Hair on the wall in the shower. Crumbs in the fridge. Hair on the desk. Towels don't match and sides were fraying. Drywall dust on the shelf under the sink just behind the towels. Definitely not staying here ever again.

Facility run down and in disrepair
Pool, hot tub and fitness room were closed. Drains were clogged and backed up in both the shower and sink. Breakfast items Eggs sausage potatoes were empty and there was no breakfast attendant. Carpet was dirty throughout and there were hairs and stains on the couch and cushions. And, the. ice machine was broken.

I was deeply disappointed by the condition of my room. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by an overwhelming odor that seemed to emanate from unclean carpets and linens. We found dead bugs in the room as well. The bathroom was clean but almost all the provided products had been used or were empty. Very unappealing to use. The furniture was outdated and damage , adding to the overall unwelcoming atmosphere. Noise from other guests made it difficult to get any rest. Overall, my experience was far from acceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. It requires significant improvements in hygiene and maintenance to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.
