A property that likely has a better past, however, it still exists in the past. Given the price point, I would have expected evidence of an attempt to modernize the rooms. Other properties in the area have a very worn appearance, and frankly I expected more from this hotel. Not a spoiled traveler, it just did not meet expectations.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Tired, stale, outdated. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. No hot water in trickle of a shower. Soap dispenser in shower broken. Maintenance did eventually come and fix the shower. Do not stay here

Lovely renovated hotel in downtown Juneau
Beautiful renovated hotel in the heart of downtown Juneau. Service, location and cleanliness were excellent. Only negative is that I was there in July and August and it was HOT and hotel has NO air conditioning! They did provide a fan and the windows opened, but it was hard to sleep in the heat. No AC is normal for hotels in Juneau but room was very uncomfortable.

This hotel should not be rated as a 3 star hotel. They should not be allowed to charge $600 plus dollars per night to simply rip off tourists. The bathroom had a leaky tap which sounded like torture and water boarding. The lighting is horrendously dull. We arrived at 2am as our flight was delayed, the staff was extremely unhelpful. They situated us in 302 on a fire exit and there is a 2 inch gap on the door so you hear everything. The bathroom you can’t even turn around in. Poor standards by any means. I feel highly ripped off!

I assume we got the "Expedia Room", the smallest hotel room I've ever been in and at the far end of the hall, Overlooking food truck court and live music. Maybe 9x10 useable, bathroom door could only open part way. Staff pleasant and helpful.
