Your family hotel

First, I really want to thank the front desk for their hospitality they were very friendly and made us feel at home. We arrived 2 hours earlier than the check in time and the front desk was very polite and accommodating we were able to check in at 2pm. The rooms were good and clean a big plus for the microwave and fridge, the pool and splash pad were our family favorite. It’s also so close to everything! We will be definitely be returning in the future.

The room and property were very clean. The hotel is close to downtown Disney, but a bit of a walk through downtown Disney to get to the parks. The front desk staff were not very friendly, rushed through everything and gave us keys that didn’t work twice.

Wonderful staff and exceptional manager! Only issue was tub drained slow and needed to be cleared, along with the sink and there was some long hair strands stuck to the wall behind the bathroom waste basket. BUT these were extremely MINOR and the CARE AND KINDNESS OF TYE STAFF made me not only feel welcome but safe and slept WONDERFULLY! I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the outstanding staff for your kindness and professionalism.

It was clean but just disappointed that there was a hidden parking fee. It would have been cheaper and way closer to have parked in the Disney parking lot. The side door didn’t work with the card key and the receptionist just said she would have maintenance look at it but it still didn’t work the following day.
