Joey was outstanding on our arrival and accomodated our room change request. Greeted us repeatedly during our stay. Room was very bright and quiet. Dennis was an outstanding server at dinner and again accommodated our requests. Great stay, location and will return.

I have stayed at this property on at least three prior occasions. The location is about as perfect as you can get and convenient to downtown offices, dining, entertainment and the lake. The staff and service is superior. Food is great. The lobby bar overlooking the lake is spectacular. While the rooms were very clean and updated, the bathrooms were a bit small. It is unlikely that I would stay anywhere else in Austin.

Landscaping maintenance was spotty (dead plants; trees needing trimming). Dinner at Ciclo was surprisingly mediocre to bad. Our waiter was excellent, but the meal was very disappointing. My ”hickory-smoked” ribeye steak was not well trimmed leaving far too much fat that was not apparent when served. My wife’s short-rib ravioli was also rather “fatty”.
