The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is also great. We would definitely use this hotel again. We haven’t given it five stars because, whilst the food is nice and reasonably priced for Denmark, it could be a bit better cooked (our fish was dry once and undercooked another time). The glass bathroom enclosures are also not to our taste, although that may be a personal matter.

Our room was super cosy—comfortable, stylish, and just the right size for unwinding after a day in the city. The location is superb: peaceful but close to everything, with easy access to central Copenhagen. And the spa was absolutely lovely. A perfect way to recharge. Highly recommended!
