We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very stylish and functional. Communication was good and check-in was easy. One small complaint, not the fault of property, is that it is situated next to a bakery which starts working very early. Probably not an issue with all suites. Once we figured out, went back to sleep.

If you’re looking for a room in Lucca look no further. After traveling through Italy for three weeks I was getting really fed up with the typical hard italian beds but this place had wonderful soft mattresses. Not only that, the room was small but tastefully refurbished and clean with a wonderful scent. The host is genuinely friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. I don’t often write reviews but this hotel is a hidden gem. Thank you!

This is not a hotel. You are only renting a room. It is a very small room. It is also quite noisy and you can hear people in other rooms very easily, and I don’t have very good hearing. It is basically self check in, This location offers no help or amenities. If you want to leave a bag either before check in or after check out you’re out of luck they won’t help you at all. We had better luck with the café down the street who generously let us leave a bag in a secure location for free. We found the owner/mgr to be rude and condescending.
