Great accessible room!
We were lucky to have the accessible room we requested and the room was well maintained and planned. But there was no shower curtain and the desk man said there should be one but didn’t produce one. The breakfast was fine, just basic, as advertised. All in all an excellent stay.

Rooms were cleaned with lemon bleach which burned your nose and made your eyes water. Definitely recommend opening windows immediately. Shower had a ton of hair in the drain which didn’t allow it to drain properly when showering. The people next to us were incredibly loud talking about toe fungus and how they could live in the hotel by scamming the systems. Made me feel really unsafe having my family there sleeping close to people like this. Not my favorite place to stay. Run down. Old. Workers seemed to hate being talked to or bothered.

Slippery when wet.
The accessible shower flooded the floor in the bathroom after every shower. Even with the shower head facing the wall, the water didn't would drain onto the floor. This could have lead to an accident if someone would have slipped and fall. We booked the room for my disabled husband could come to Helena with us but unfortunately he couldn't make the trip due to his disability this time around. I suppose with him not coming with us was actually lucky for him or that bathroom floor could have been been dangerous. Also asked for extra towels from front desk and explained why and had to ask twice before getting any.
