The female receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and professional.
However, I was very disappointed to find that the room did not have an iron. When I asked the front desk, I was simply told, “Sorry, we don’t have irons.” As a result, I had to attend my functions in wrinkled clothes, which made me feel quite embarrassed.
For me, the absence of such a basic amenity is a deal breaker, and I will not be returning. I’m currently working on a revised edition of my book, “Lisbon Explored: Unforgettable Experiences and Endless Charm Await,” I intend to include a note about this experience.
