All is well that ends well.
We only stayed from the 31st to the 3rd. When we arrived, despite calling the day before to inform them that we would be a late check in. We got to the hotel at 10pm. We were then informed that there were no rooms availible. We were then shuttled with 3 other guests to the Sheraton Univetsal for the evening. We checked in there at 11pm by the time it was done.
We were also told to get an Uber back and we would be reimbursed by the hotel. I asked for the shuttle that brought us here. They picked us up in the shuttle.
The rest of the stay was quiet lovely. Even though the tower that they put us up in only had 1 working elevator.
The staff was very nice and the little bar and restaurant outside was particularly nice.
