Did it's job!
A few of us stayed here as we had an event at the convention center and this was the closest hotel. We were unsure of what to expect but despite it being a older venue (it definitely needs an upgrade) the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the restaurants on site were delicious, it's dog friendly and most importantly the staff is PHENOMENAL. Bambi who checked us in really took the time to have a conversation and laugh with us which was nice after a 5 hour drive in. Are there better venues, it's vegas so ABSOLUTELY- but for what we needed in convenience and location this was perfect. I will note that if you are in the North Tower the elevators are HORRIBLE- this would be my only complaint.

Check in staff was excellent and guiding corridor staff was also excellent. Buffet was a bit dismal. Though the server was very sweet. Linens were very clean and maid staff excellent Rooms were acceptable but aging with dirty vents and cracking paint in the bathroom.

Old and outdated hotel
Went for 1 night, the room is so outdated and old with old smell. Shower head wasn’t working and had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it which they did. Bathroom didn’t have a fan and no air flow after shower. The windows are dirty even though we had a good view of Spheres but it was not clear view behind all the dirt. I won’t stay there for sure next time. The only positive that we had free parking.

Family stay with little kids
Stayed as a party of 6, with a toddler and an infant. Pictures online looked a lot nicer than the resort actually was. Finding the parking garage was a hassle, and so was finding the front desk from any entrance that isn’t the main entrance. We booked two rooms for our party, and were able to get conjoined rooms, which was appreciated. When rooms were initially booked, we requested a note on our reservation that we would need a crib. When we checked in, we requested the crib a second time, with confirmation from front desk it would be on its way. 1.5 hours later in the room, I called down to get an ETA on the crib, they said it was never put in as a request by the front desk. Another 45 minutes later we got the crib. Not like the nicest crib, but it was safe and the bedding was clean. The actual bars of the crib themselves were visibly dirty. Cleanliness was good with bedding and bathroom, but headboards, nightstands, other furniture were all unclean. No ready-to-eat food available for purchase outside the casino except for tacos and Starbucks. No free “made-to-order” breakfast, unless you sign up for the “free” breakfast the hotel offers in their resort tour. Very much needs to be updated in the rooms, with lots of stuff getting the “landlord special” (everything is shoddily painted). Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but won’t be back and definitely wouldn’t bring kids.

No more Fire Alarms!
Hotel is very large and I was on the 24th floor. The walk to my car in the north parking lot from my room was around 15 minutes. The room was quite large and was very clean and comfortable. Big problem was the fake fire alarms that went off in the middle of the afternoon. These went off several times and made me almost go into a panic. Remember the MGM Grand fire in Las Vegas several years ago that killed several people?
