Will not return.
Booked 1 night because of the Wyndham brand. TV (dish) didn't work. Hair dryer holder was broken. In-room coffee (decaf only) was terrible and the entire placed smelled bad. Check-in clerk was only concerned that guests not smoke (including weed). Very disappointed. The entire facility needs a major upgrade.

Really great stay. Front desk was super inviting, helpful, and accommodating. The heated pool was clean and open. They encouraged us to take advantage of this with our kids. They even had goggles and life vests for the kiddos. Breakfast was fresh and stocked well. Rooms were a little dated but the cost and proximity to our event. Walls were thinner than expected but no issues and privacy was honored. Key entry points everywhere which made us feel safe. Fitness center was open late and we were welcomed to use it. Would stay again for the value and everything included. Straight forward pricing. No hidden fees and was able to pay at time of check in which was very much appreciated.

Not a happy customer, At the sink it only had a slight run of water if any comimg out, the faucet at the sink was nasty with crude built up on it as did the mirror frame, an had a crack in it, Bath tub fixtures looked liked they had not been cleaned in a while an crude ran out on the tub floor when the water was turned on and only had cold water when talked to the person at the front desk they said forgot to tell us had to let it run 10 to15 minutes before it would get hot but it was at least over an hour if not more. (REALLY) Only had Shampoos with No Conditioners. Bathrom towel rack fell of wall when towel was taken off it. Had stayed at this Baymont before and had no issues, we had plan on staying an extra night but with the bad conditions and being run down, no way would not stay at this place another night or again.. Most of the Breakfast Items were not hot at all. Make sure the rooms are in good and cleaned condition before having someone still in it!!!!!!

This place is very rundown. The first thing we noticed was the smell. The room was dark as some lights didn’t work. There was a nasty stain on the footstool. Also some crud on the wall. The bathroom was terrible with very dim lights and dirty fixtures. Marker on the mirror, peeling paint, wobbly toilet, etc…. The only good part was the water pressure was great. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Lights in the room did not work, had to ask for toliet paper , lack of hot water during a 5 day stay was not good. However it was quiet and everyone friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice. The kids enjoyed. Plenty of towels available everytime we swam (6).

Cold water in the shower no cups for coffee or water in room.Breakfast was not good, the creamer was bad it curdaled out dated ,the warmer of eggs was cold. Orange juice was good either . The light didn't work, latch on the door for you protection was broken. The apparatus to let in the back door tell you to insert card not tap and hold. Was not happyand probably wont be back needs desperate updating.

The hotel had a musty smell as soon as you walked in. The first room they gave me smelled aweful, furniture was sticky, no coffee, no garbage cans, beds were made badly, and red stain on comforter. They moved me to another room, still smelled but not as bad. Pool area was okay except the hot tub was luke warm and not hot at all. Overall very disappointing and not staying there again. There are several hotels nearby and they would have to be better then this one.

The initial greeting by staff wasn't professional. The staff called each other names while I was checking in. The hotel entrance door window was filled with fingerprints. The room's first impressions was bad. The light switch by the unit's entry door didn't work. The outside door entrance was left open and not secured. So I asked for another room in the main building. This room was fine...no issues. I had a good night's sleep. The next morning brought other problems. The breakfast operation went totally south. No bacon, no sausage, no caffeine coffee, no butter for waffles, no orange juice, one cereal (raisin bran) was not covered and was exposed into a large bowl, there was hardly any fruit. Many people were obviously frustrated with the situation. I would never refer anyone to this hotel. The business was clearly owned by Asian Indians who I would assume were vegans. I feel the owners could learn from this experience. The Wyndham brand was deeply flawed during the early morning hours. I main reason I booked, was the Wyndham brand. I saw an above average rating of 8.0 on the Hotel.com website. Far from 8.0, more like 3.5 out of a possible 10 score. Wyndham has probably trained the hotel associates on how to provide excellent customer service, and done the Wyndham way. Somewhere along the way those skills were lost. Customers expect the greatest customer service during morning breakfast. I was at a total lost this morning. Vincent
