So with a grain of salt, I am grateful to have the opportunity to stay in a $200/night room while others may not have such a luxury. That said, this was my last stay at this Doubletree. 1. There was a discarded contact lens on the phone that did not work. 2. The room I was given was not the room that was pictured in the booking. 3. Front desk clerk was less than customer service oriented. “Not responsible for 3rd party bookings.” I paid for a jr. suite, got an adult room, $50 difference in the booking. 4. Trash bag was used and ripped, so it was not a bag. 5. Shower did not work a facilities fixed it, but not in time for me to shower before my evening’s events. 6. Shower curtain did not have second layer, so the bathroom was flooded after I was finally able to shower. 7. The shower gel bottle was missing from the shower. Shampoo and conditioner were there, but no shower gel. 8. Had a great view of the first floor roof. Was not a value of $200 On the pros side, 1. the bed was extremely comfortable! 2. The cookies are always delish! 3. The two complimentary bottles of water are appreciated.

The room are outdated and outright dirty. The cleaning stuff does bare minimum. We had 2 rooms reserved. One of the rooms smelled terrible, and according to staff it was because they just did carpet cleaning, and the was the smell of the solution they used. We tried to change that room, and the next one smelled every worse. Luckily, we only stayed 2 nights.
