If you just need to rest your head
This was a trip back to the 1970's. The room was super dated it even included popcorn ceiling. i was not sure what the safe was, as I never seen that before. I did get a good night sleep before flying out the next day. it is very close tot he airport and they have a free shuttle. The good thing is that is is easily accessible. I found the staff in the afternoon and night shift to be very niece. The cleaning staff was great.

It does what it needs to do
This hotel is strictly people who has a long layover flight, your traveling long distance, or you going out for drink and can’t make it home. 1 or 2 days. Room service was poor, you have to go to front desk a couple of times before someone comes. Keeping up with towels was a hassle, and parking is $5 a day. It’s a decent stay, the beds are firm, and it wasn’t noise.

Horrible Customer Service and Crappy Hotel
This hotel was terrible. Old, beat up and room smelled like smoke. But much worse was the customer service. I stayed here solely to catch the shuttle the next morning at 7:25 am. I showed up at 7:21 am for the pick up and it had left early. I had to call an Uber. The front desk person acknowledged the early departure, but did not apologize. I got the manager's phone number and left a message for him to call me and he never did. I thought they should have refunded my Uber bill. Horrible customer Service.

One night stay
The property is older and shows the wear and tear. But the bed was comfortable, check in was easy, we were able to park somewhat close to our room. It fit our needs as a location close to UCSF and easy to get to.
