Honeymoon stay

They were short on shower matts. It was a really good stay, their breakfast was good and they kept on it to make sure everyone was able to eat. The cattlemens restaurant was right next door they are hooked together and very good food.

Stopped here on our drive back from Washington for a quick rest. Room was decent for what we needed. Did not get to try the breakfast as we were in a hurry to leave the next day to continue our trip. Overall average stay and definitely smelled better than the previous hotel we stayed on our way through Redding.

Hotel needs a remodel

The Hotel is rundown the exercise room is destroyed and the pool is closed. The conditions were so bad it was shocking to see the neglect. Doors to rooms damaged and exit doors damaged. Avoid this hotel.

Dirty towels, vending machines not stocked, long line at check-in with only one desk attendant. Bathroom sink backed up , and tub drained very slowly. Overall cleanliness was disappointing.

Could have been better

We arrived very late and check in was easy and friendly. However, there was a sort e washcloth in the sink when we arrived and after settling into bed we realized there was a horrible smell and a wet spot on the carpet. It was too late to worry about switching rooms. The breakfast offerings were nice but the hot tub being permanently closed was disappointing. The coffee maker in the room was missing the coffee pod tray and so was unusable.

everyone was helpful and friendly. The room was roomy and the king size bed was comfortable. very close to where we had an appointment, food and coffee. We also got to meet OG Warren (The mallard duck in the pool). Great time, fun stay.

Property is in poor condition. The breakfast room was filthy. Tables covered in food, etc. No plates. No coffee. Staff was no help to clean, or refill breakfast items. Some did not speak English. If they did speak English, they said it was not their job.

i booked this hotel based on most people saying it was family friendly and clean. our room had stains all over the carpet and on the bed skirt. the bathroom light switch didn’t work so there was a lamp plugged in on the counter. not what we were expecting at all.

The property is in a state of disrepair. We rented several rooms, and unfortunately, we encountered blood on the floor and stains on the chairs in one of them. The shower emitted loud, screeching noises, and the Jacuzzi was out of order. They mentioned that there were baby ducks in the pool, but the pool itself was so green and unkempt that I couldn’t confirm their presence. To top it all off, the exit doors were locked from the outside, creating a concerning fire hazard. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
