Disgusting

Hotels had this rated wonderful 9.2. Far from it. More like 1.0. We checked in with the clerk behind the glass, 1st clue. Then proceeded to our room. We walked into bad smell and filthy room. Stains on the walls, ceiling and floor. Gross bathroom. 5 mins later we were at the front desk asking for our money back. The absolutely refused and hotels.com wasn't any better with only a $35 credit for two rooms totaling $145. Very disappointed in hotels.com. We lost $110 and had to spend another $250 down the street at much better hotel with a lesser rating. Don't trust hotels.com ratings.
