Cold water; room temp not moderated
The hotel appearance was good and the restaurant was nice. My reasons for the low rank are because we couldn’t get hot water in the sink, and the shower took quite awhile to get hot enough to be comfortable. In addition, the temperature in the room was impossible to moderate. We went between turning the heat on then off because the room would go from very cold to very hot. The bed was also very uncomfortable, as though the springs were broken. In general, the stay was uncomfortable and we won’t stay there again.

Mostly good. Compared to the other Holiday Inn properties we stayed in (3) on our trip this was our least favorite. Broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom, no blackout shade on the window, mold in the shower. Reading light broken, no grab bars where they are needed. The other hotels were great, this was a disappointment and the rate was higher.

We first got into our room, it smelled awful, but we had to leave for an event. We got back 3 hours later and it was worse. I went to unpack and noticed on the ceiling and running down the wall was black mold. Also, the shower was dripping constantly. We went to the front desk and she was gracious enough to move us. In that room it was better, but when we got up the next morning, we noticed there was black mold all around the base of the shower. My husband said the faucet was dripping all night long and had to put a towel down to buffer the sound.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Cleanest Holiday Inn we've probably ever stayed at. The only issue was at check in and it was no fault of the hotel and they worked to correct it as quickly as possible.
