Its OK
Overall, stay was OK for what we needed. Room seemed to be fairly clean, however heating/cooling system in the room ran day and night, was loud, and blew right on my husband all night long. There was no way to shut it off and it was HOT when we first entered room for our weekend stay. Pool slide and hot tub were shut down and although I didn't care about the slide...or even know of it, the hot tub has been shut down and inoperable for at least a month now, based on other reviews I read. If the hotel is advertising a hot tub then fix the damn thing and DON'T advertise you have one when you knowingly don't! The lobby and bar/lounge area was probably the nicest feature of the hotel, although the older black gentleman working the desk, with the camo colored jacket, was always way too serious and pretty unfriendly all around. Stairs in the hotel often smelled like marijuana and I saw an employee slipping in the staircase area to smoke and do his thing. He acted suspicious, but later I saw him behind the front desk. Very unprofessional.
