I have always booked my stays in Las Vegas at the horseshoe and it feels like this time I had an even better experience. In the past, it has been quite noisy and at times the public area is dirty, but I have no complaints from this day at all.

I was charged extra 63 dollars for gym/pool use which they were closed for the season and also internet use which I don’t use , I have my own. I was also charged 25 dollars for parking. There wasn’t even a coffee for the morning.

Beginning with check in, the girl was not very friendly ... guess she looks at it as just a job and doesn't really care about the client! Next, the resort fee ... really ... for what? Nothing really... just because they can! The room was ok; however, the fact that they restrict the air to only 68 degrees as the lowest is horrible!! It is healthier to sleep with cooler temperatures than that! The sheets were really scratchy and the cabinet in the bathroom looked like it came out of a dumpster!!

Go elsewhere
Room wasn’t available until 4 PM. No big deal even though it was a Tuesday and they were slow. I checked into a dirty room. Again no big deal. They moved me to a different room and charged me an extra $70 a night. Not a huge deal. My flight got changed and I asked for a one hour late check out which they charged me $60 for. Again not a huge deal except for the fact that I went downstairs to pick up my own food so it wasn’t cold from the length of time room service takes and by the time I got back up, my key did not work. Had to go back downstairs waiting in line to get another key for the $60 late check out. I asked for them to replace my hundred dollars in food for my wife and I and they declined. I really sad state of affairs.
