Rooms a little outdated. Air conditioner very loud. You have to wait on elevators most of the time. Good parking. Close walk to stadium. But we enjoyed are stay. And will probably use them every year to come to Cardinals games.

Went for a weekend trip for a cardinals game and could not have had a worst experience. The sewage was backing up and smelling up the bathrooms in the pool area. Our fold out mattress had blood stains and it was was too pricey for what little you actually get. I stayed here 10 years ago and it was great. Just sad how fast the standards have fallen. Stay somewhere else.

This hotel is right across from stadium and unable to handle the families checking in after game. Waited over 30 min to check in in line and then over 30+ minutes to get on elevator. Had to use stairs to get to and from room 11 flights. Son in law and family had 20 flights

They gave us the wrong room and tried to only offer us a restaurant credit then finally got it switch to a different room. They overbooked the room i payed for. We were here for relaxation didnt know there's no longer a hot tub and pool was criwded with kids diving in and splashing. Went upstairs to eat and the menu had changed from last year. Vthis was our go to hotel after Cardinal games but no longer for us. Bed was comfortable and fries were good.

Great location but not the best value l.

Room was small. Parking was expensive, even for self parking. View of the stadium was nice. Short walk to the stadium and arch was good. Building is showing a lot of wear.

For almost $300 a night…not very clean! Disappoint

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The first morning of our stay we found a man’s dirty worn sock. Also the counter in the room had leftover dried pizza sauce or ketchup. The bathtub was dirty looking and the corners of that room were not clean. Also the door in the bathroom was very worn and dirty at the bottom. Also when we showered the fire alarm would go off. For almost $300 a night, I expected better than that!! Some comping for the cost of our room would be nice!
