Loved the cabana experience. Eric was a standout. Funny, responsive, and really added to the vibe. Loved all the additional bonuses like smoothies, waters, beers (delicious) and sodas. Room was comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt. Service at the restaurants was great. Only surprise was the 18% service charge at the R Bar dinner that our server didn't call out but at all the other venues, they were very upfront about it.
