At first the guy at the front desk was quite rude to me and told me to leave. So I did. I then went on hotels.com and got the room for cheaper then he said. I then come back and he says so I really couldn't understand him. So I just agreed with whatever he said he then asked me smoking or non smoking. I said non smoking as I said that I place my vape on the counter and he then said you lie no room. I said I do not smoke I vape he said same thing. I said no. I was forced to take a smoking room but before accepting the room he then asked how many. I said me and my two kids he then said no room. I said you know what then give me my money back from you on line booking and I'll go. He then said fine you put down 100 dollars deposited and if room is all clean I give you money back. I said because of my kids wow that is something else you don't know my kids and to assume they are going to mess up your room is insulting... I then said plz give me my money back so I can leave. He said he would take some off of the price. If it wasn't for being so late I probably would have said no and left. After two days of saying there we actually became friends and no more deposits. I hope he learned that everyone is different don't assume anything.
