Never ever again!
They only have 2 elevators and one was broken This hotel I near the cruise terminal and most people had a lot of luggage. There was always a line for the elevator and getting out with our bags from the 17th (top) floor was impossible. We waited 30 minutes and when it finally showed up it was overfilled. They had security in lobby that didn’t do anything to help the situation and people were getting rude, angry, and one even put there hands on my sister in law.

Disgusting and dirty
Ugh! Dirty. We had to buy disinfectant at the CVS across the street because the showers were filthy and full of hair. Uncomfortable hard bed and grimy surfaces throughout; you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

Elevators had broken mirrors, bottom lights didn't work, very unsafe (if not unlawful) conditions. Becuase of that, at moments, there was waiting lines to wait for the elevators.

The stay was nice but...
My husband and I enjoyed the location and our room had a wonderful view of the cruise port and Bayside Marketplace. It was a very clean room and the fact that there was a 24 hour CVS next door was chef's kiss! I hate to be a Negative Nancy but the fact that the cable was not working made for a uncomfortably quiet stay. My husband was very annoyed because he couldn't watch the football game and all of the traffic below us seemed amplified. I tried calling down to the front desk several times but they never answered the phone so I had to physically go down and wait in line to get answers. The elevators are very slow but we waited until most guest had left before we checked out. They also charge you to store your bags there if you arrive at the hotel early. But overall it was a nice stay, we plan to book again in the fall.

Would not stay here again
Location is great for downtown and proximity to pier. However, so many things not so great about this hotel. 1. Like others have stated, the elevator capacity/wait is unreal. I was on 7th floor and opted to walk down the stairs each day rather than waiting 15 minutes. Both elevators were operational, but wait times worst I've ever experienced. 2. The rooms are tiny/small, which was fine for myself, but so small that there was no were to put my toiletry kit in bathroom. 3. Bathroom smelled very odd. It may have been over-cleaned/chemicals to get previous occupant smoke smell out or maybe vomit.....couldn't tell, but it was not good. Not bad enough that I was going to waste time requesting room change. 4. Staff were generally friendly, but in a bit of an "annoyed" way when requesting anything. 5. Headboard was deteriorating. Looked like sun damage, but room had the smallest window looking out to another building 4' away, so couldn't be sun damage! I should have stayed at Holiday Inn down the road.....

Don’t Do It
I wouldn’t even bother staying here. Stayed for 2 nights and had 1 elevator for everyone that was old slow and way too small. The TV’s never worked - although the staff kept saying it would be fixed. There was mold in the bathroom in multiple places, sink cracked all over, carpets were nasty. Parking was $55 A NIGHT. In a nutshell, not worth it.

Would not recommend!
The hotel had one working elevator with 17 floors and the elevator that worked could only fit 4 people. Took us 20 minutes just to get an elevator to go to our room. The TV in the room didn't work and the bathroom was in need a major renovation. The only thing good about the hotel was the location.

Insufficient elavetor
This is a large building where 2 elevators are insufficient for visitors. Between the 2 elevators, one is currently out of order. Moreover, it takes 15-20 minutes to access an elevator. That’s the only inconvenience.

Horrible Service!!!
Elevators didn't work. Had to wait 45 minutes for an elevator. Couldn't take the stairs with our bags because we were on the 12th floor. Asked the front desk if there was anything they could do to help, and the gentleman nonchalantly disregarded me!

Not terrible
We stayed the night before our cruise. The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful. We received 2 complimentary drink tickets for the bar. The drink tickets are for ONLY specific drinks like gin (yuck) so we weren’t able to use them. We had 2 rooms and neither of our tv’s worked and we called for someone to fix them a nobody ever came. The hotel lobby was very clean, but our bathtub/shower was stained and dirty. Not a terrible place to stay, but I was glad we only had one night.

Don’t stay here.
This is a terrible hotel. The mirrors are shattered, there is a musty smell throughout, the carpets in the hallways and the rooms are filthy, there are stains on the walls, the paint on the walls and ceilings is chipped, the linens are so cheap and scratchy, and the bathrooms are tiny and just gross. I’ve stayed at nicer motels.

Crap stay
So you have to be ok with not having a working TV, and the loudest noises from the street below. Constant noise, I could hear the person next door talking as if they were sitting at the end of my bed. The bathroom is super tiny to have the sink, toilet and shower in. Beds are worn down, and uncomfortable. Ridiculously priced for what was offered. Due to not have long a working TV, they offered the free hotel app and a drink. I’m sorry but that’s not comparable to a long sleepless night.
