The restaurant staff could be friendlier.
The prices of the food at the bar are ridiculous.

Short but amazing stay
We book for a 3 day stay as we want to watch the Penguins game. We’re very satisfied with our stay. The staff are friendly esp. Xiana. She’s very accommodating. I love that the shampoos/body wash are provided. Also, bed and pillow are comfy.
Thank for you!

Convenient to PPG
The hotel is very convenient to PPG. The bar and restaurant are convenient as well. We've been going to this hotel for years and we've noticed a slight decline in services over the past few years.

Accommodated when single bed room was provided but need to have 2 beds as I booked. Another room was provided at no additional cost as the 2ned rooms were over booked. It worked out just fine

Eh..
The location was great for walking to the PPG Arena, however the price was not the best. It seemed as though only 2 of the elevators were working so you had to wait quite a while when there were a lot of people. The parking garage was a nightmare, incredibly low, with pipes running everywhere. The breakfast the next morning was great! Some pros, some cons, probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price point during events.

It was alright. Easy check-in and we got there early and they were able to accommodate us. The room was basic, which was fine, Except the air conditioner wouldn’t cool down the room. We had it on 60 and the fan on high and felt a little air coming out but did not cool the room off. We did not say anything because it would have been an inconvenience at 11:30 at night.

It’s okay.
The parking was a little confusing they had a sign up saying valet only and the garage was full. We had to circle around and wait until we could ask someone where we could park. The lady at the front desk was super nice. Room was clean overall, shower had hair on the wall and outside by the sink looked to be a few blood smears on the wall. Bathroom had a constant sewage smell as well. I don’t think I would stay there again but if you’re looking for a hotel to stay at for the Pens game, this would be the best option. Right next door and an easy walk to the arena.

Hotel ok, parking not so
The hotel and the staff were great. However, the valet parking was disappointing. They left our car outside for 2 days instead of the parking garage and it was delivered to us full of snow. The attendant cleaned in but it should have been under cover as valet was more expensive than self parking.

Nice property. Worked in this office building in the early 1980’s. It was a Hyatt Regency then. Marriott’s done a nice job. The staff at the bar as well as Breakfast (Dee make a great omelet!) were fantastic.

The hotel was in walking distance to the PPG Paints Arena. The restaurant/bar was good and so was the staff. The only thing that I didn’t like about the room was it took minutes to get hot water in the shower.
