The Lowell Inn, not so nice
We had a toilet disaster and a chaotic response by management. The owner did refund our costs but we had to find an alternative hotel on a very busy weekend. The manager on duty was unpleasant to deal with, offering me a plunger!! We also were on the top floor with no elevator.

The property is a convenient location to the downtown. We went during the Harvest Fest, which made finding a parking spot almost impossible, so that was stressful as we paid good money to stay at this property. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! Very quiet and clean. Loved the historic features but nicely updated. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay! The room was simple but very clean and the shower in the bathroom was fabulous! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the little balcony on our room to sit and drink our morning coffee which was complimentary and very good. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was homemade and delicious. Location was ideal and everything we needed was in walking distance. We hope to go back again someday!

We had to wait 40min to ck in cause she was doing a tour and no one else knew how, seems like should have a backup person so people don’t have to wait so long. Everything else was pretty perfect. Thank u
