Eventually made it right
My stay was for 14 days to visit family. My first 10 days was a trial. The hallway to my room smelled like death and every day the smell would creep into my room more and more. I brought it to the attention of the front desk several times and was told they would have house keeping put a plug in to help with the smell. It got to where I couldn’t be in my room. I finally was able to work with George who was amazing, he came to room saw the mold and smelled what I was smelling and got me to a new room. Which at first was great until I realized the WiFi was not working. I reached back out to George who put in a request to have it looked at. Unfortunately the staff changes daily so for the next two days I got a cold shoulder from the rest of the staff. They kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I racked up huge charges on my roaming because I had to use my phone. Finally 2 days later George was back and got me into another room and tested it to make sure the WiFi worked. The window rattled constantly but I was not about to switch to a 4th room, so I stuck a towel in the window. 10 days into my 14 day stay they made it right. This was the second time I have stayed here, the first time was good, but this time was absolutely terrible. I don’t think I will stay here again next year.
