Solicitei a troca a a recepcionista Ticiana informou que o hotel estava lotado, realidade constatada posteriormente ser completamente falsa. Houve uma grande má vontade em atender o cliente.

Hotel muito bom, com atendentes ótimos. A parte PÉSSIMA foi o manobrista de carros (já informe na recepção o nome) que deixa tudo trancado e ao pedir uma gentileza de liberação apra poder sair, ele foi grosseiro, me ofendeu e ameaçou descer do carro que estva para me agredir. Necesário uma URGENTE providência. Sou hóspede/cliente e ate não ter uma satisfação adequada não retornarei.

Hotel muito bom. Localização privilegiada. É a terceira vez que me hospedo no hotel. Mas desta vez, em Julho, inverno curitibano, simplesmente desligaram o ar condicionado do hotel. Não era possível ligar o ar condicionado nos quartos. A temperatura interna marcava 27°C dentro do quarto. Liguei na recepção e falaram que como estava frio, todo o sistema estava desligado. Achei bem absurdo. Tive que dormir com janela aberta para não me sentir sufocado dentro de um quarto. Estava frio? Estava! Mas quem não quer ar condicionado que não ligue em seu quarto. Quem quer deve ter o direito de usar. Que inclusive no momento de reservar era informado que tinha ar condicionado nos quartos. Do restante tudo ok.

Pontos positivos: café da manhã muito bom; hotel localizado perto do shopping batel; quarto silencioso; cama boa. Pontos negativos: wifi no quarto quase não funcionava; chuveiro teve água somente morna em 2 manhãs; minha esposa e eu viajamos e trabalhamos no hall do hotel por 2 dias e o som, durante a tarde, estava muito alto. Pedimos da 1a vez para abaixar o som, mas mesmo assim aumentaram no dia seguinte, o que dificultou a realização de reuniões.
