"This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"

Five attempts to use, orally ended in failure. However, our stay was exceptional and this did not ruin it at all. The staff, their behaviour & their professionalism made the stay a great one. "

"Excellent and affordable choice near Tokyo Dome. Easy access to trains. Only negative is it is a bit far from areas like Shibuya, Ginza, Harajuku but still a great choice and easy to get to those places by train. "

"This hotel is in an excellent location, with excellent service. It is located near the Nishi Shinjuku metro station and a great bakery, Daisy, almost next door. They have a 711 open 24 hours. You can walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, where you can have access to the observatory for free, which is open till 10:30pm. You can also walk to the beautiful Shinjuku Chuo Park. The rooms are on the small size but are very comfortable, the bathroom is very comfortable as well. The staff is very friendly. We needed to check out two hours late and the hotel charge us 1000 yen per hour, which is not bad. They also had a 500 yen charge to be paid to the taxi driver for calling a taxi to take us to the airport. Overall it was a great place to stay while visiting Tokyo!"

"Very convenient, close to the tokyo dome, laqua shopping centre, bowling, amusement for kids, starbucks, plenty of dining options and easy to get to Harakuju, Ginza, Asakusa and Haneda airport by train. Mita station is about approx 5-7mins away by foot. Self check in and check out"

"This place is truly a hidden gem. How it’s a 3 star hotel is remarkable compared to the quality we received. For starters, the staff working were phenomenal. They ensured that everything we asked for was done swiftly and effectively. Not only this, but when something was unable to be completed it was told in a manner that was so polite. The location of this place is also amazing. 2 minute walk from the main shopping area in ginza, as well as very close to convenience stores. Not only this, but the station is very close (2 min walk away), and the line connected is very convenient. The food in the surrounding area is convenient and delicious. It is definitely worth trying places nearby the hotel. Our room was very surprising when we entered. The bed was bigger than expected, the bathroom was clean and large aswell. For reference we stayed at the cheapest room in the hotel, paying 500 aud for 3 nights (around 50,000 yen). On top of this, everything was very clean and had no bad smell. Conclusively, 5 stars is the perfect rating for this hotel. Quiet area, cheap, convenient, safe, easy to get to. Just amazing. Only downside would be that check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11 am, but that’s how hotels are so it’s not a knock to the hotel (and if you arrive early you can just safely pass along your bags). Not to mention that they have coupons! If you’re looking for a cheap place that’s very reliable, great quality, and in a great area, I highly recommend staying here."
