"This hotel lived up to 5 star expectation. Service was excellent Food delicious and easy access to attractions and airport. This an old Maharja Palace and was just beautiful. "

"Great hotel. One of the better properties in Amritsar. Special thanks to Mukesh who helped with our bags at check in and check out. Suraj on the club lounge (5th floor) was very hospitable. Special thanks to Ravi at front desk who extended our check out even though the hotel was sold out realizing our friend wasn’t feeling well. Overall the hotel is in a great location. Has all the amenities. Breakfast Buffet had good food. The gym was a little smaller than expected but did the job.

Concierges and door staff are great as they speak fluent Punjabi but annoyingly the desk staff or restaurant staff only speak Hindii or English which means it is more difficult to be understood.
