"I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. "Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...

"We stayed 4 night, couple+3 (ages 6,10,15). The hotel is very clean and everything is in good condition. Our family room had 1 bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd room with 3 beds (one of them a bunk bed). There was a lot of storage space and the rooms are spacious. The room had only one bathroom and shower, and it’s designed in a manner that does not allow someone to use the bathroom while someone else is showering. It was a bit restricting when staying 5 people.
