"The resort is so beautiful and located on one of the best beach fronts of Zanzibar however, the service was terrible one of the worst check in/out experiences they are very slow and made so many mistakes in our bill we had to spend 45min during check out. The rooms cleaning are not really good and I had to go back to them several times to re do the work. The beach is not swimmable, there is big pallet of garbage, old decaying seagrass with plastic and other garbage - nobody is cleaning "the beach" - never.
