"Location next to the Ark Encounter was nice. Front desk lobby had a terrible smell and is where the breakfast area was. I asked before paying if rooms had any smell. Luckily no smell in room. Our room had an adjoining room which was nice to spread out with kids. AC and shower on that side didn’t work. Toilet on bedroom side had some issues as well.
