"Everything was great and everyone was so friendly! I couldn’t get the AC to work very well and had a sign on the wall not to touch it so got a little hot. Have to pay for water bottles. Other than that it was great!"

"Beautiful old hotel in downtown Kalispell with lots of charm! An older property, but the management has done a lovely job providing amenities and style to guests. Highly recommend for a nice hotel at a lower price point than others around Glacier Natl Park!"

. Excellent location for visiting kalispell, Columbia falls, big fork, and glacier park. Close to drive to restaurants and activities. Loved the out door firepit and grounds. Cabins were very clean comfortable and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed and more. We enjoyed the neighbors goats and horses. Thanks for everything."

"Excellent and clean, also very accommodating with us and our pet. They put us in a first floor room right by the side doors for easy in and out access. Friendly staff up front. Breakfast options sucked. "

"The room smelled musty, and we could not open the window because it was broken. This is a motel where rooms have both an interior door and exterior door, and our exterior door keycard did not work. We alerted the front desk staff twice, and they kept telling us that maintenance will change the battery, but they never did. Also, there was long hair all over the bathroom floor, and the entire place seemed dirty. This is a dark, dingy hotel with unhealthy breakfast food. It was very...

"Currently under renovation, which meant the pool was closed however was not listed as closed under the amenities list on hotels.com. This is an old building with very out-dated decor and is generally poorly lit, which only adds to the sense that this is not a very clean property (the stairwell carpets were entirely filthy). Front-desk service was underwhelming. This hotel has smoking rooms, which means the entire building and the rooms smell musty at best. Thermostat was old and not very...

"The front desk staff are welcoming and kind. Parking is easy and the location is within walking distance of downtown Whitefish and common stores if needed. They do have a small shopping area for snacks and essentials. They offer coffee and breakfast daily. They have a cardio fitness room (no weights) has treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. Pool and spa area were opened and well maintained. Lots of families and they welcome
