If I had to find one thing I didn’t like it was the standard provision of miniature toiletries in the bathroom which is somewhat unnecessary single use plastic. Maybe make them available upon request? But that is the tiniest of quibbles and I totally recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!"

"Clean and bright large reception, bar and entertainment area. Plenty of loungers by the pool which is a good size.
Good selection of food at breakfast time.
Rooms are a little dated but are of a reasonable size and beds are reasonably comfortable. Decent shower. Towels changed as required.

"Hotel is rated at 4*, but would rate it at no more than 3. Location is 4* stars. The building seems like it’s been renovated and it looks modern. However, our biggest issue with the property, and the room we had, was the air conditioning was almost completely ineffective. The room was extremely small for 3 people, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom floor was leaking something that appeared like toilet water.
When we complained the staff tried hard to please all the guests....

Really good storage, mini fridge and 2 complimentary water bottles. As a family of four, 4 would have been nice, and a little more space in the room at the foot of the beds too. The pool area is great, not too crowded. Free beach towels available. There are fun games next to the bar, lovely lounging area.

Also there is a supermarket round the corner which is great if you need to pick a few bits up. Elevators can be a bit of a nightmare especially at food time.
