"The hotel is under renovations and will be a very nice and comfortable place in the future. All extras like breakfast, laundry and business center are closed currently. Another guest set off the fire alarm at 1 am which was disturbing (could not be helped by staff...just dumb guest not following the no vaping/smoking policy). Our room also lacked readily available hot water and we wasted a lot of water waiting for water to be hot enough to shower."
