"Very nice property for business travelers. However, despite 5 stars, you may encounter certain (rather minor) issues with upkeep. For example, as some reviews already mentioned here on this site - problems with AC. It was too hot for me at 24 C in the middle of January , the problem became apparent only after midnight, and nothing helped like turning off the AC or opening the windows as hot air somehow continued to come in via ventilation.

staff really goes far to make you feel welcome. you working in lounge, they offer tea, we got complement desert when checking in,
our cab driver card reader was broken, and hotel just paid my fare and put it on the room.

"Generally a good and on a budget hotel but rooms must be cleaned better, lot of dust over the desk and where TV is placed.
Breakfast is good but I've never been in the resturant i I can't review it.
Very nice wellness area wit sauna, massages and pool.
The gym is ok but there was 2 machine out of service, can be improved. "

"Its a nice hotel in a very busy area. Most things were fine apart from my hotel room was 28 degrees almost the whole time. Day and night. They have floor heating which could not be turned off. AC cooling not possible i march.
This could have been fixed with setting up a fan in my room.... but this was not possible they said.. and if the any of these technicians sent had a key to open the window properly.
Ended up switching hotels to cheaper option and there it was no problem to setup a fan...

"It’s our second visit, the reservation person Miss Kubra , made our trip amazing every single times. The kebab dinner, the rooms and the breakfast, all was amazing.
If you are Muslim and can not wear bekini like us, then you can not swim , it’s too sad. The to lush sauna and Turkish bath were great. "
