"First off this hotel is in the middle of no mans land. We drove forever trying to find it. Now we needed a one night stay for an airport transfer next morning bad idea! The place itself looked amazing if you were to go stay there for a few days and enjoy the activities. We got there late (not their fault) and were not close to the airport. Bad decision on my part. Staff was super sweet and understanding of my issues. "

"Sadly, upon our arrival we were disappointed to discover that there are NO dining facilities available on the premises! For lunch or dinner we were expected to drive out of the camp and try and find a restaurant. The industrial /rural area in the vacinity . did not seem condusive to a family type of restaurant. The resort management could not give a solution and agreed that a cancellation of our booking was the best solution. "

"Stay was ok but I wouldn’t come back.
No safe in the room, air con/heating didn’t turn on, ironing board but no iron and no hairdryer.
Ordered room service one evening which seemed to a game as to what I might get. Two people hung up on me while trying to order
It wasn’t even possible to leave a card at reception so needed to pay for every single thing as you went which is just an unnecessary hassle in a hotel for a business trip "

"Staying there was amazing, except the noise opposite someone was drilling all night but other than that we had a great time. Cresta could do with a ironing board and iron in the room and more tissues 😂😂😂"

"This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. "

"honestly i wasn't the one who went there but i booked the place for my dad and my children they sent me the video of the place it was very beautiful and clean my children loved the place i would recommend this place to anyone my dad said the service was very good "
"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again
The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized. "
"The property is in Harare City, but almost feels like in the country becasue of the lovely grounds. The staff were helpful and the food was good. The room comfortable. The shower wasn't 100% consistant with its temperature, but worked ok."
"Mt Pleasant was a pleasant stay for us. Our only issue is that it is a bit secluded and since we did not have a car, it was a bit more difficult to get around. The great thing was that they have a car on the property available to take you around, for a fee of course. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. "
