"Hotel close to I-40 as well as shopping and restaurants. Plenty of beds for my family of 5. We had 2 queens and a single twin bed. Air conditioning was great and consistent and not loud. Breakfast was good with many items to choose from. "

"There was a surprise $100 deposit when we arrived on top of the price for the room which we had already paid. Check in was at 4 PM, but you still check out at 11AM. For a 3PM check-in, there’s another fee. The hotel was nice. The staff was professional. But, the policies made it feel like a bootleg operation. You really don’t have to interact with staff at all, though. You receive your room key in your phone. You can check in and out without interacting with any staff. I’d recommend if not for all the surprise fees. If a hotel does that, what’s to stop them from saying you did something so they can keep your deposit."

"As I was leaving, I dropped my wallet. The staff called me and told me to come back and get it. Nothing was missing. The staff here are very respectful, and always greet me with a warm welcome. I love this hotel."
