"Here's a revised version of your review: --- I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The recent refurbishment has given it a fresh and modern feel, and everything was super clean. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. I visited in May during the low season, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the lush greenery surrounding the hotel, as it enhanced the tranquil environment. "

"Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay."

"Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late."

"Great location. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Front desk says was very helpful and went beyond expectations to help us communicate with the bus company where we lost a bag. Restaurant has a nice view from the dining room. Breakfast buffet was nice."

"Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só. "
