Yes the location is a great spot, they have some glamorous big rooms with sea side views and jacuzzi but it's the service which makes a property 5* that was just lacking. It felt nothing special to what we had elsewhere. It is also becoming very broken and uncared for in places that haven't been maintained well. Although gardening was great and cleaners did nice job in room. Even standard room in middle with no view were a good size.
